Membership Engagement Worker
Responsible to: CEO.
Hours of work: 28 hours
Salary Rate: £14.36
Per annum: £20,970
Pension: 7%

Main Purpose of The Role: Working under the direction of the CEO and reporting
into our Wellbeing Coordinator, this role plays an important part of our strategy to
support local older people to live independent and happy lives with the overall
aim of reducing social isolation in older people living in Burmantofts.

Duties will involve being the first point of contact for new members, helping to
complete forms/applications, running regular support events, helping with digital
inclusion, managing and maintaining the BCF member database.

           Operations Manager           

Responsible to: CEO
Hours of work: 35 hours a week
Salary Rate: £15.08 per hour
Per annum: £27,520
Pension: 7%

Main Purpose of The Role: Working under the direction of the CEO, this role plays
an important part of our strategy to support local older people to live independent
and happy lives. The successful applicant will manage and coordinate the
important operation functions of the organisation. This includes marketing, finance,
facilities, HR, training and development, and more. As part of the leadership team
the role will work closely with the CEO and other senior staff to develop a strong
and supportive staffing structure.

Duties will involve managing the office space, contracts and services. Arranging
appropriate training for staff and volunteers. Coordinating the marketing functions
of BCF, these include printed newsletter, social media, website, printed flyers etc.
Finance and staff management. It’s an important role which allows our front-line
services to consistently hit high standards.
